Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Tyler's Travel & Interview Consulting, LLC ("TTIC", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

Services Provided

TTIC provides professional coaching services in two main areas:

Travel Readiness Coaching: Guidance on travel preparation, documentation, safety protocols, and cultural awareness.
Interview Readiness Coaching: Professional development coaching including resume review, mock interviews, and confidence building techniques.

Our services are provided on a coaching and consulting basis and do not guarantee specific outcomes or results.

Client Responsibilities

As a client of TTIC, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information during coaching sessions
Attend scheduled sessions on time or provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations
Take responsibility for implementing coaching recommendations
Communicate openly and honestly during sessions
Pay all fees as agreed upon in advance
Respect the professional boundaries of the coaching relationship

Scheduling and Cancellation Policy

Scheduling

Sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement between the client and coach. We offer virtual coaching sessions via video conferencing platforms.

Cancellation

Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the session.

Payment Terms

Payment is due prior to or at the time of the scheduled session unless other arrangements have been made
We accept various payment methods as communicated during booking
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
Prices are subject to change with notice provided to existing clients

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all information shared during coaching sessions. However, confidentiality may be broken if:

Required by law or court order
There is imminent danger to yourself or others
You provide written consent to share specific information

Limitation of Liability

TTIC provides coaching services for educational and developmental purposes. We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes. Our coaching services are not a substitute for:

Legal advice regarding visa or immigration matters
Medical or mental health counseling
Professional career placement services
Travel agency or booking services

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TTIC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

Intellectual Property

All content provided during coaching sessions, including but not limited to worksheets, templates, frameworks, and methodologies, remains the intellectual property of TTIC. Clients may use these materials for personal use but may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialize them without written permission.

Website Use

When using our website, you agree to:

Not use the website for any unlawful purpose
Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the website
Not transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code
Not interfere with the proper functioning of the website

Testimonials and Feedback

By providing testimonials or feedback about our services, you grant TTIC the right to use your comments (with or without attribution) in our marketing materials, website, and promotional content. We will respect your privacy and only use first names or initials unless you provide explicit permission otherwise.

Termination

Either party may terminate the coaching relationship at any time with written notice. TTIC reserves the right to refuse service or terminate the relationship if:

Payment obligations are not met
The client behaves in a disrespectful or inappropriate manner
The coaching relationship is no longer productive or appropriate

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which TTIC operates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
